About our Funeral Director Derek

Derek is a 3rd generation funeral director with both Father and Grandfather being funeral directors and serving their communities.

Derek started with Lightfoots in 2008 and has seen the business grow over that time. Derek’s care and compassion towards families means he is the perfect choice for your loved one.

I can not recommend ,Derek, Maxine, Linda and the team enough.

During the most difficult time which I have had to go through in my life the care and compassion they have shown to my family whilst looking after my Dad can not be described.

They have been respectful, caring and reassuring throughout this difficult process and no question or need has been too much for them.
